A month ago I wrote that the panel said eleven servers and 511 members, and that I was happy with that. On the first of October it went past three thousand.
The panel says 21 servers now. 3,092 members reached. 74 million XP awarded. Still one bot, still running, nothing stopped.
I want to be honest about where the jump comes from, because it is easy to make a number like that sound bigger than it is. The largest server has 1,958 members on its own, and it is most of the reason the line goes up so sharply. Take it away and the other twenty servers still hold 1,134 people, which is more than double the entire total from a month ago. So it is not one lucky install. It is one big one, sitting on top of a lot of steady ones.
The number I keep looking at this time is not the members. It is voice. The panel counts 1,081 days and 12 hours of time people have spent sitting in voice channels together. That is almost three years of people talking to each other, with my bot sitting in the corner keeping count. Last time I said the XP was not really my number. This one is even less mine.
A lot changed underneath it this month. The bot has its own home now at dansday.dev, every public server gets its own address, and it speaks seven languages. None of that is why people added it, as far as I can tell. They added it because it does the job and does not ask for money, and the rest is me catching up with them.
Twenty-one groups of people found it, read what it was asking for, and installed it anyway. I still find that part surprising.
I said I was happy with eleven. I am happier with twenty-one. The panel is at dansday.dev and the source is on GitHub.
